This project started out as a spec home on one of our 2 acre lots in Grand Ridge. A 9’ tall basement foundation with a staircase up to the exterior off the left side with its own entrance from the driveway. The home went under contract during construction and the purchasers made all of the finish selections. Enter through an 8’ tall mahogany double door into the foyer with a custom timber cased opening. A functional kitchen space with sharp lines and a separate wet bar area for coffee and cocktails. Basement rec room big enough for a kids jungle gym with an adjoining kitchen for snacks and drinks.
